I think they're pretty good. and you managed to condense the texturing into VERY little space. I would like to ask you: Is there a practical reason on why the normal maps are double the size of the diffuse texture?
Well the normal map should really be the same as the diffuse. I'm not sure why I kept it at 1024x1024 as it is not practical. I obviously wasn't paying attention when I put it together This is something that will need fixing. Thanks for pointing that out.
Well we create a light map unwrap on a separate channel and UDK will generate the lighting. Can't wait for the next UDK though as this won't be an issue
